Our history
What defines us is more than expertise – it is the heart with which we create, move and shape the future together.
2020
At the beginning of 2020, we started working on innovative projects around digital avatars such as Mona and collected initial ideas for automating processes.
05/22
In May 2022, MONA AI GmbH was founded by CEO Felix Adam, with the support of his business angel and co-founder Michael Adam.
04/23
We have been active on the German market with the standard recruiting module since April 2023 and are continuously refining this solution.
01/24
After intensive further development, further products such as Mona Profile have been available on the market since January 2024. Half a year later, these were successfully launched on the French, Italian and English markets.

In October 2024, we expanded our product range with Mona Agents and Assistants to meet our demands for optimization and innovation.
