About Us

As a team in the recruiting and staffing industry, we've made it our mission to make the application process more efficient and, at the same time, more human. Our AI avatars bring a personal touch to the digital world of recruiting without sacrificing efficiency. Candidates feel welcome, while the process becomes faster and easier for clients.

Our roots lie in the temporary staffing industry, but our solution is designed for everyone in recruiting who is looking for a smart and human alternative.

2020

At the beginning of 2020, we started working on innovative projects around digital avatars such as Mona and collected initial ideas for automating processes.

05/22

In May 2022, MONA AI GmbH was founded by CEO Felix Adam, with the support of his business angel and co-founder Michael Adam.

04/23

We have been active on the German market with the standard recruiting module since April 2023 and are continuously refining this solution.

01/24

After intensive further development, further products such as Mona Profile have been available on the market since January 2024. Half a year later, these were successfully launched on the French, Italian and English markets.
