The challenge
DIE JOBMACHER had well-established processes and an experienced team; there were no typical bottlenecks or staffing shortages. Nevertheless, it quickly became apparent that the use of AI technology was necessary to keep pace with the market, efficiently process growing application volumes, and further increase responsiveness in recruiting. The goal was not to replace existing processes, but to strategically supplement them in order to provide sales with structured information more quickly and effectively relieve the burden on operational resources.

The solution
