Standard modules are ready for use immediately, but the full configuration can take 2-4 weeks depending on the integration. You decide how quickly you want to implement them. Depending on how much you want to customize, the project will take more or less time. We would be happy to advise you.
MONA offers interfaces to common HR and applicant management systems to ensure seamless integration and data exchange. Customers request coordination of the possible connection. We would be happy to support you with this.
MONA is generally delivered with standard processes that already cover 90% of all recruiting situations. The system can generally be used by anyone, but we recommend designating one or two power users. You can subsequently adapt the system even further to your needs through upgrades and customizations. Billing is usually per applicant.
A personalized approach, friendly tone and quick responses ensure a positive experience. The fact that the conversation can take place in your own native language is another special plus point.

Mona sends the applicants' answers to her internal team in an overview. Relevant applicants are also selected from irrelevant ones using stored decision trees. However, the customer makes the decision by storing the decision tree. This function was deliberately chosen to guarantee that our AI does not make an unwanted decision.
