The challenge
Just Jobs wanted to specifically expand its sales pipeline and accelerate the process from application to profile submission without having to immediately build up additional internal resources.
In addition, there was a high manual effort involved in handling applicants, limited sales range within the team, and the need to become more resilient to crises and to develop new business areas.

The solution
Just Jobs specifically implemented MONA AI to accelerate its sales processes and relieve the team of day-to-day tasks.
