Office People, a successful staffing agency, wanted to further digitize and scale its existing recruiting, profiling, and sales processes. Many processes had previously been handled manually using Excel spreadsheets – too time-consuming.

The solution
Following intensive analysis, Office People and MONA Al jointly developed new digital processes. Through close consultation, recruiting, profile creation, and sales processes were gradually automated and integrated with the existing applicant management system. Starting with a pilot project, the rollout is now beginning with the first 10 offices, followed by all approximately 100.
